Think about the simulation that the role-play involves and consider the following questions:
How can you introduce yourself to the customer?
How can you help him/her?
Which kind of approach do you prefer? Why?
Do you smile or not? Why?
How can you solve problem with a customer?

Think about the  ‘Employee of the month’ simulation and consider the following questions:
What is important in a performance?
What constitutes best practice?
What do you need to achieve your best performance?
Does the sector have any  specific needs? Or do you think it has only general needs?

Before watching the video, think about the self-assessment simulation and consider the following questions:
What is appropriate in an interview? What is inappropriate? And why?
How can you present yourself?
Is there anything you should avoid?
What is your best quality? And what is your worst quality?
