Step 2: Implementation guidelines

Depending on your thematic focus and interest, this section will give a number of ideas for how to teach team-working competencies in class.

As well as the storyboard and the 'rules for use', you will find detailed information about:

  • planning and organisation,
  • practical implementation and
  • subsequent reflection on teamwork.

The material is designed for groups of five students. Four have to work as a group, while the fifth person takes the role of the observer. The TLA can easily be adapted for groups of more than five students.

As an example of implementation, this section will provide detailed information about the exercises and key aspects of the TLA.
